These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GlobalSpeak Tutoring website, platform, and online educational services ("Services").

By accessing our website or enrolling in our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and other applicable policies.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

GlobalSpeak Tutoring is a business operated in the Republic of the Philippines providing online English education services to international clients.

To use our Services:

• You must be at least 18 years old, or
• You must be a parent or legal guardian enrolling a minor student

By enrolling a student, you confirm that you have the legal authority to do so.

GlobalSpeak Tutoring provides:

• Online English language tutoring
• Personalized one-on-one instruction
• Educational progress tracking and reporting
• Learning support services

We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as test scores, academic admission results, or fluency milestones.

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Ensure timely payment for services
• Ensure students attend classes punctually
• Maintain respectful communication with teachers and staff
• Not misuse the platform or services in any way

Clients may communicate with GlobalSpeak Tutoring through official channels such as email, messaging platforms, or designated systems.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your contact information and ensuring it is accurate.

All services are subject to weekly billing unless otherwise stated.

Failure to make timely payment may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Cancellation of scheduled classes
• Termination of access to the platform

Pricing is subject to change with prior notice.

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate services for non-payment
• Terminate access for abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior
• Modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice

Clients may terminate services subject to the notice period stated in their service agreement.

All content provided by GlobalSpeak Tutoring, including but not limited to:

• Lesson materials
• Curriculum
• Training resources
• Branding and website content

is the exclusive property of GlobalSpeak Tutoring.

Users may not copy, distribute, resell, or reproduce such materials without written permission.

Our Services may integrate third-party platforms such as:

• Video conferencing tools (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
• Payment processors
• Communication platforms

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GlobalSpeak Tutoring is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We do not guarantee educational outcomes
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services within the preceding 30 days

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal data.

We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Internet outages
• Natural disasters
• Power failures
• Government actions
• Platform disruptions

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute:

1. The Parties shall first attempt to resolve the issue through written communication
2. If unresolved, the Parties shall engage in good-faith negotiation for 30 days
3. If still unresolved, the Parties shall proceed to online mediation
4. If mediation fails, disputes shall be filed exclusively in the proper courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines

GlobalSpeak Tutoring reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and applicable Service Agreements, constitute the full agreement between users and GlobalSpeak Tutoring.
